We were admiring the beautiful waters of Alaska's Cook Inlet when along the Seward Highway we were surprised by an appearence of an Alaskan Railroad freight train.
I first began enjoying photography in the 1960s, back in the days of Kodachrome, Extachrome, Tri-X, Plus-X, Ilford, Fuji, and all the other wonderful films we had back then. I shot portraits, headshots, model portfolios, little league teams, rock bands, babies, weddings, bar mitzvahs, and anything else that would pay me a few bucks. I then took a detour for the better part of four decades and became a TV director. Thirty five years and eighteen thousand broadcasts later, I retired and returned to my original passion of photography. My wife Leslie also came from a strong photographic background.
